Ashen Cross Holiday Cottages Cornwall have been welcoming guests for over 15 years but underwent significant renovations in 2015 when Geoff and Tracy took over. The new owners work hard to help guests make the very most of their precious holiday time. Whilst respecting guests’ privacy, Tracy and Geoff are on hand to offer suggestions, answer questions and solve any problems – there’s often additional treats too!

Ashen Cross Holiday Cottages Cornwall welcomes dogs*, we’ll even provide them with their own welcome hamper. Dogs with energetic owners will find plenty to explore both here and in the surrounding area. We can advise on best beaches and dog-friendly trips.
*We charge an additional £20 per dog per stay, please ask when you enquire.

Ashen Cross Holiday Cottages Cornwall offer guests private fishing on our fresh-water lake - previous guests report they've had some of their best ever fishing days down here. Fishing guests must have an up-to-date fishing licence.

Location, location, location

• The 2 cottages and the Owners’ barn are in the small hamlet of Ashen Cross, Cornwall down a small lane from the B3359.
• We are just half a mile from the village of Pelynt which has 2 great convenience stores, post office, local butcher, local craft shop, a thriving village pub and friendly social club.
• We are less than 2 miles from the stunning South Coast of Cornwall.
• The stunning beach at Talland Bay and the quintessential fishing village of Polperro are just a 40 minute walk, with the bustling seaside town of Looe less than 3 miles away.
• Beautiful Fowey is just over 7 miles using the regular Bodinnick ferry crossing.
• The Eden Project is 18 miles away.
• The Lost Gardens of Heligan are 28 miles away.

The calendar shows the nights when each of our cottages are occupied - Green shows which nights the Owl is occupied and Yellow shows which nights the Court is occupied. If there is no colour the cottage is available for you to request a booking. If the dates you require are shown as not available, or you are unsure about availability, please do still get in touch - we would love the opportunity to help you secure your holiday.
